The 2000-P $1 Silver Eagle Proof coin is a special collector's edition of the American Silver Eagle that was struck at the Philadelphia Mint in 2000, the last year that mint produced the coin. Proof coins are struck multiple times on specially polished blanks to give them a mirror-like finish.
