The 2006 20th Anniversary Silver Eagle set celebrated the program's debut in 1986 with a special three-coin collection, introducing the reverse proof finish for the first time. The set includes a burnished uncirculated, a traditional proof, and the new reverse proof coin, each featuring the Walking Liberty obverse and a heraldic eagle reverse. The West Point Mint struck the proof and burnished coins (indicated by a "W" mint mark), while the Philadelphia Mint produced the reverse proof coin (indicated by a "P" mint mark).
